Pros

Friendly co-workers, always willing to help, lots of really smart people.

Cons

The only food place on the facility is very expensive, the pay, while nice, is a little bit low when compared to other internships.

    -Innovative science at a large scale
    -Nationally competitive salaries in a low cost area

    -Deep bureaucracy
    -Poor intellectual climate
    -Location and area culture

    -Staff is top heavy with boomer generation
    -Too many mid- and lower level staff are change resistant
