    I worked at Oakley full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    -Every season you get a certain amount of money towards clothing. (Amount depends if you are Full or Part time)
    -Commision and bonuses if the store makes goal for the month.
    -Generous discounts on sunglasses/clothes, etc.
    -Relatively easy to move up if you work hard enough.
    -Very flexible schedules.

    Cons

    -It depends if you get good co-workers, other than that it was great I worked there for about 4 years,
    (while going to school)

    Keep staff motivated by doing contests between employees.

    Pros

    IT department is very well run. Good management. Clear work requirements. Good balance of work and personal time. Not much overtime required. Competitive pay. Casual work environment. Can work in shorts and sandals. They don't layoff people even during downturns.

    Cons

    They've outgrown the corporate headquarters which makes parking difficult.
