    Need to further develop the use of knowledge management tools to support consultants enable independant access to information

    I worked at Oakton

    Pros

    Great people to work with. Most are mature and smart people who you would enjoy interacting with and share knowledge. Consulting work can be varied and quite exciting.

    Cons

    The usual poor connection between sales/client manager and onsite team. This can be very frustrating as it takes away the team spirit that we try so hard to encourage. Career path is a little hazy.

    Talk less and provide more real deliverables.
