“Océ is NOT a great place to work”
Former Employee – worked at Océ North America
Pros – Generous vacation packages and employee holiday packages. Was close to home. Managers in departments other than Operations were flexible and willing to train.
Cons – Operations management felt that work comes first and foremost above everything else in your life. Very long hours, not enough pay, never complimented for job well done and ALWAYS berated in front of other employees.
Advice to Senior Management – More like advice to CEOs of Canon...FIRE ALL EXISTING MANAGEMENT AND SUPERVISORS IN OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT AND START FRESH!!!
