“Large, but still has that start-up feeling”
Current Employee – been working at Ocado
Pros – Everything is in constant change. Need to grow, innovate and improve all the time. Lots of scope to make a mark and get recognition
Cons – Things change all the time, so if you want stability and structure, this is not your place. And the flexibility of working hours can take its toll.
Advice to Senior Management – Continue to build on people, especially from the lower ranks. Lots of talent there to be tapped, given the right encouragement.
