Pros

Good work-life balance.

Friendly and helpful colleagues give a collegiate culture that is condusive to work in.

Company's future looks bright with its strength in corporate banking here in Asia.

Cons

Some investment could be made to improve the standard of the pantry. Take a leaf out of Bloomberg's book, probably.

There can be more interaction between senior managers and analysts.

More opportunities to work overseas for long periods

    Picked up more exp worth than actual number working of years
    High interaction with different colleagues
    Lots of learning opportunities

    Cons

    Impossible deadline, resources given. User always want less cost but faster and more result.
    No work life balance, either work late in the office, bring work home or delay the deadline.
    Learn on your own.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Micro-management may work at times, but using wisdom and experience to judge the situation will better help the result, company and maybe employee.
    Top down approach usually works, but bottom up suggestions should not often be kept off the racks.
