Pros

Good work-life balance.

Friendly and helpful colleagues give a collegiate culture that is condusive to work in.

Company's future looks bright with its strength in corporate banking here in Asia.

Cons

Some investment could be made to improve the standard of the pantry. Take a leaf out of Bloomberg's book, probably.

There can be more interaction between senior managers and analysts.

    Pros

Local Bank, World's Strongest Bank, the reputation of the Bank and its brand in the region. Very local working environment, easy to blend in and adapt. Great working culture because of the local environment but people are very focused on their work.

    Cons

slight long working hours, always early in and late out, compensation package is not appropriate for the roles involved. More advancement opportunities and progression should be boldy implemented and advertised for junior members to have a goal and objective to work towards.

    Focus on efficiency and delivery.
