I have been working at Ocbc Bank as an intern (less than a year)

    Pros

1.Supervisors are more than willing to entrust you with big and new responsibilities once you have proven your capabilities. But you still need to indicate or ask for more responsibilities, though
    2. Colleagues are very helpful to teach you about your work, ins and outs of the division/Bank. Interns are usually invited and included in various activities and functions

    4. International working environment. Have met or worked with Indonesian, Malaysian, Vietnamese, Chinese, Swedish, Canadian, Australian

    Cons

    1. Business is mainly confined to consumer banking
    2. The company is not aggressive enough in expansion
