    Pros

Ever since starting in 2010 I was given everything I needed to succed. The different assets and RMTs are given ownership of their projects with little to no micromanaging. While a con to some, I find it very benificial that a company can change course quickly and effectively.

    Cons

IT is completely disconnected from what the assets/RMTs are trying to accomplish. It should be required for every employee to complete an introduction to petroleum course.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give local IT more control of the information systems and data.
