    Pros

Good capital investment during period of reduced sales and profits. Strong safety and Mechanical Integrity culture. Good pay and benefits. Many bright and capable employees.

    Cons

Generally very poor on-boarding process for new employees. Management tends to be poor at accepting experienced employees who did not "grow up" in the company. Strong culture of micromanagement. Many key decisions are made without participation of all key stakeholder and managers, and frequently not communicated well.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Improve integration process for new employees. Trust your employees and provide better support.
