I worked at Oceaneering International full-time for less than a year

Pros – Great company with a very diverse product and service offering. Job was challenging and rewarding, but not overwhelming. Work environment was always relaxed and fun.

Cons – Management was always overwelmed due to dealing with other departments shortcomings. This led to a lack of management in their own department. Quality control was questionable at times and showed no signs of improving.
