    Not As Great As They Claim To Be

    I worked at Oceaneering International as a contractor for less than a year


    Pros: Friendly Staff most times when they're not thinking they're better… Cons: Employees are becoming just numbers, losing small business nature fast. Headquarters shifted to Houston which now treat the former headquarters in Morgan City as "red… Advice to Senior Management: Be more committed and treat employees as people not like tissue. It's becoming a place to learn then leave for a better… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
