Pros

Coworkers are very friendly. Continuing education is encouraged. Stable.

Cons

Extreme conservative approach to spending by upper, upper management results in some poorly maintained facilities.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Allow more realistic budgets for support departments so they can do their job properly.

    I have been working at Ochsner Health System full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    one hour lunch break. fixed schedule.

    Cons

    everything else. management is unprofessional and unorganized. poor training. pay. health benefits suck.
