Pros

Gives jobs to people. There are still good people in management who care for their employees. Pay salary on time. Good to start and leave with in a year, but loss if you stick to this company.

Cons

HR always sleeps and only do Hire & Fire job. Skip level meeting done by HR hardly improves any situation and a Farse. There is a world of difference between one dept and other dept. One dept will get hike from 30% to 75% or during Market correction, but other dept would get minus 3% to plus 8% for the whole year even after working for 12- 18 hours and avr working is 10-12 hrs. In the name of data security they will deny you Mobile access to internet access, work from home for most of them. Politics & red tape is rampant in some dept. Transportation comes free but one will end up quitting or get BP if availed. Basic Training is at the mercy of seniors and adv training will be, only if you learn on your own, by experience. co., doesn't spend a penny for training, unless you are a call center agent. COST CUTTING is the motto and they would do anything for this. Never want to retain talent and experinced, they look at them as a highly paid resource and happy to let them go. The cafetaria is in the size of a tempo traveller for 250 employees per floor. They have a proven track record and expertise in reducing cafetaria to make Work stations. Every policy is tailored to suit the needs of the management & cost cutting and never ever bother for employees. A long list of very unfriendly policy. I Never recommend people to come to this company unless you can sacrifice the pampering you had in your earlier company and if you are sure that people whom you report to are free of indulging in politics. They are yet to come out of the 2008 Recession Mood.

Advice to Management

Look at employees as humans, reward those perform and stay for long duration who inturn deliver in crisis and share knowledge to every new comers and PLEASE READ Exit interviews & Act on it, take skip level meetings seriously, which you started recently.
