Pros

Good Benefits, Great PTO, Flex Time, Family Environment. Pay was good. Nice surroundings.

Cons

Supervisor had poor listening, wouldnt listen to feedback and changes. Favoritism to one race. Friends got promoted, over qualified people. Management is unaware of what is going on.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen and be open to people that do the work everyday. Help motivate people.

    Pros

Formerly good morale, high level of mutual trust and respect, Caring supervisory Patient Care Managers.

    Cons

The lunacy since Gentiva purchased us. Over half of our former staff gone. People vanish with no opportunities for closure. New Executive Director doesn't have much empathy apparently. Every time it settles down, some new trauma hits the staff!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Less high handed and detached management. Realize this is a caring profession and people who are not caring should not be involved. if you're in it for the bottom dollar, get out~
