Pros

If you need a quick job with no interest in staying with the company then by all means choose Office Depot. There really is no reason to work for this company.

Cons

They hound about getting extras with every sale and ask you to pester every customer to make sure, "they don't leave without a purchase". No advancement if you are not in the Technology Department, crappy commission, etc. The upper management clearly only worries about themselves in the way they treat everyone else. The bottom line sales are all they care about.

Advice to Senior Management

I can't think of anything they would implement.
