Pros

Very friendly environment. In the store I work in we are lucky to have associates who are willing to help those who need it. Management is pretty laid back except on days when the DM is in the store. All in all It's decent.

Cons

I believe employees should be treated better. I understand the philosophy of the consumer being treated a certain way but it doesn't mean we have to be stepped on in the process of achieving that goal.
