Very flexible to work with. They were very flexible and easy to work with if you gave them ample notice of upcoming things or events in your life. Employee discount.

Cons

Hours could be cut at any time. Almost always had to work weekends, unless you had been there for five plus years. Had to be dedicated to working evenings and not knowing what your work schedule would be until a week or two before hand.

Advice to Senior Management

Don't overwork you lower management. You should pay your management better for the numerous hours that they dedicate to the job.
