Pros

schedule flexibility
good staff depending on what store you're at

Cons

They don't give you enough hours per week
They only pay minimum wage for what they expect, they expect the best, but they pay low wages

Advice to Senior Management

Get a brain, fire Odland and hire someone who can turn the place around
