Office Depot – “Too complex european IT architecture”
Pros
European IT area: Not a compelling place to work presently. Waiting eagerly for a resurrection of motivation thanks fresh blood and clear objectives in the Office Depot IT world
Cons
Unability of World IT Leadership to simplify european IT landscape while growing externally. Contradictory decisions. Failure of major improvement project "Simplify"
Advice to Senior Management
IT harmonization project "Simplify" is dead ! Invent a new realistic IT systems harmonization project to motivate the existing competencies
