I love the people I work with...it's all about the people. We work hard and they treat us well.
Cons
I have not have any down side, if I felt I wasn't growing where I was, I have been able to change and move and grow with in Office Depot. It's been great .
Advice to Senior Management
Hire more Managers, Directors and VP's from within Office Depot. It's good to see our own move up.
