Unable to negotiate for employees. Huge staff turn over recently. Lack of care and concern for workers

I have been working at Office Works (TX) as a contractor for more than a year

Prosat one time they were excellent but with major changes to the way they recruit and maintain staff its lost its luster

ConsNo enough qualified people servicing the workers they have, don't fight for better pay and benifits

Advice to Senior ManagementBe honest and up front with candidates, they will appreciate it in the long run.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
