Intern to Full Time at OCC

Program Analyst (Former Employee) Washington, DC

ProsGreat work life balance, amazing benefits, small organization that allows you to get to know a lot of people both in DC and throughout the country

ConsPay is not on the GS scale, so very few "ladder" positions are available. The pay bands are extremely wide (talking $40k+ from bottom to top) and pay raises are based on "performance" although it seemed to be more based on politics. Depends on your manager. Also, not a great place to grow if you are not an accountant/financial analyst.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
