I hated walking into work everyday

Sales Associate (Former Employee) Oviedo, FL

ProsA lot of hours, slow during most of the day.

ConsPay: After working very hard for a year I got a 22 cent raise. And they didn't adjust that for minimum wage increase, so I was making 4 cents over minimum and started 25 cents over minimum.
Sales: They push you to sell more and more, and the compensation that you receive for selling is minuscule at best.
Management: They were alright. It's a stressful job for them so they can get a little grouchy.
Shift length: You get 30 minute breaks, and there's a break room. Depending on your schedule they might work you at 5 am in the morning. I usually got 8 or 10 hour shifts.
