“Pleased!”
I have been working at OfficeMax part-time for less than a year
Pros – Excellent team at this store. Great management. SPIFF incentives. Flexibility. One of the nicest places I have worked. Continuous training. Room to advance within the company.
Cons – The starting pay is low.
Advice to Senior Management – Offer a bit more pay and you'll have more long term employees.
