I have been working at OfficeMax full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Fun people, good hours (if you actually do your job), relatively easy to do most days.

    Cons

Virtually no real training, hardly anyone is paid what they're actually worth, don't seem to have an real direction with the company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Actually train your staff properly! Don't hand them something and throw them to the wolves then wonder why they're doing such a bad job!!
