    Pros

Good company to work for. If you are VERY motivated you can make good money. Promotions can be quick and easy IF you can drive performance.

Most DM positions in the past 5 years are hired from outside the company?

    Cons

    They OVER measure everything!
Due to low margins the company has high expectations on sales gaols which is nice and the right thing to do; HOWEVER, they measure WAY to much and most managers end up chasing performance through tons of reports that in must cases are not accurate to the P and L??

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

LONG hours, short staff, BIG money to be made. (Say goodbye to you family!)

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Approves of CEO
