I have been working at OfficeMax full-time (more than 5 years)

Pros

Work/Life Balance is great. In the 20+ years in retail never worked for a company that allowed you to balance like this company.

Cons

Yearly increases minimum.
 Last 6 months with Merger on the Horizon not enough support staff.

    I worked at OfficeMax part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    Flexible work schedule. Could basically work around being a full time student. Pay was good for being a student. There were sales incentives.

    Cons

    Lots of standing. Sometimes customers were rude. Long weekends. Worked lots of holidays including black friday.
