“nice people but absolutely no leadership or communication”
I worked at Ogilvy & Mather
Pros – cool offices, decent benefits, good global presence and ability to tap into those resources
Cons – complete lack of leadership or communication, lack of name recognition in market, "didn't know ogilvy had an office in LA", LA tries to keep SF afloat, really boring creative
Advice to Senior Management – get some strong leadership and communicate
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
