“Great place for a young professional”
I worked at Ogilvy & Mather as an intern for more than a year
Pros – Ogilvy is a great place to get your feet wet in the advertising industry. When you talk about quality work, very few agencies do it better.
Cons – LOTS of work right out of college and the compensation is definitely not up there. There are agencies out there (albeit not as highly recognized) that pay better for young talent.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep adding youth and staying committed to digital media.
