I have been working at Ogilvy & Mather full-time (more than an year)

Pros

Lots of big clients, interesting project and good creatives, still a bit of decency lingering in the culture and pretty good benefits.

Cons

Understaffed and somehow not always as good as it should be, increasingly driven by finance in London and, as a result, not investing as it should in the business.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Follow your best instincts -- its a good place that can still be great again

    Pros

Amazing learning experience as an intern/full-time student looking to become well versed in the "advertising agency world."
