I have been working at Ogilvy & Mather

    Pros

Opportunity to work in different offices around the world if an opportunity arises

    Cons

Do not work at the corporate head office in New York.. Lacks creativity or the feel of an agency. If you have a family there is no real understanding of the need to work at home at times when your child is sick. In terms of salary increases this is usually saved for the senior managers who expense everything. Only good if you are young and single and no responsibilities and want to work for cents.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

People have families and a pay increases once in a while would be nice

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
