Overall a good place to work!

ProsGood life/ work balance. People are friendly. Some really talented creatives work there.

ConsLacking great creative work due to client restraints. Raises do not exist.

Advice to Senior ManagementMake people feel more appreciated by giving them a bonus/ raise every once in a while.
