Advice to Senior Management

Reward those who perform. I hear upper management gets a bonus every year from clients for meeting goals. But I have yet to see any of that money trickle down to the level of the people actually doing the work in 5 years. When I've asked about reviews and compensation to keep up with inflation, I hear there are others in front of me who still need to get a raise. And it seems one or two people hold the purse strings...kind of like a secret society.
