Fun people, world class brands, time of shift in the agency so it could be a good opportunity to really shine (or really fall), approachable senior management (if not wholly competent leaders), and a nice laid back environment to work in

Cons

Organization too top-heavy, too many people having to sign off on something, takes a while to get something done due to all the hoops you have to jump through, resistance to change

Cut majority of top management, be more accepting of change, take down your egos by a couple notches, compensate fairly
