    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

OgilvyOne retained some of the best principles of work ethics implemented by David Ogilvy. The 360 integration worked - not perfect but better than most other big agencies. And the creative output still was the focus.

    Cons

Snr. management could not keep the house steady, way too much politics and in-fighting for internal power. Projects ended up way too expensive given unnecessary number of people on even simple assignments.

    Advice to Management

Go back to the core Ogilvy principles from David and stop trying to solve things by re-arranging the deck chairs on the Titanic.

    Pros

Ogilvy has a great culture of mentoring employees and focusing on their development. Being a large agency provides opportunities to work with multiple disciplines and allows them to give the client extended services. Overall, good place to work compared with other agencies.

    Cons

Things can take awhile to accomplish as multiple departments and management levels always need to get involved and provide input.
