Pros1. Some very good professors
2. Good exposure to research.
3. PhD program is valued to a certain extent when compared to other universities.
4. Coursework is extensive

Cons1. Masters Program is highly dependent on advisor
2. PhD program is highly unstructured (depending on advisor)

Advice to Senior ManagementAdvisors should work on giving better direction to students in case of PhD. Currently advisors mostly focus on research only and forget that they need to guide.
