“Great place to work but times are tough all over!”

Pros – The People!!
Management treats people fairly and compensation is better than the industry average.
This company has genuine concern for its customers.
Cons – The poor economy is really taking a toll on this company. The company has been forced to reduce the size of its workforce - an action that the compay does not take lightly.
Advice to Senior Management – Get back to being the OKI of years ago!
