I worked at Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation full-time

    Pros

    Great People (lower level employees)

    Cons

Terrible upper level management, bad HR department, no financial leadership, secretive, many lay offs, OMRF does not have a clue how to judge the potential of the faithful employees that they have, they lay off long time employees without batting an eye. destroy long time careers and offer no job growth except for upper level PI's and corporate level employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get a grip on the top level executive, financial and HR departments, these areas need to be assessed, revamped and reworked extensively before OMRF can ever return to the glory days it once was.
