Company going down hill

Operations Manager (Former Employee)
Long Beach, CA

ProsGood pay, some terminals have good family atmosphere, non union, good benefits, good 401K program, fairly well run company for the most part

ConsNo employer loyalty, they expect total loyalty from the employee but do not return it. It used to be a family atmosphere but now it is all about profit and you are just a number. They could care about the individual. I have heard that they will cut P/T employees back to 20-25 hours so they do not have to pay for benefits.

Advice to Senior ManagementYour employees got you where you are. You should not forget about them. Even your trailers say it is about the people.....

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
