“Great Environment”
I have been working at Old Navy part-time for more than 3 years
Pros – It's a great environment where leadership truly cares about coaching and making a great shopping and work environment. Great discount as well!
Cons – Not a whole lot of room for movement as far as promotions go. Not many full time positions within stores.
Advice to Senior Management – Make all Grade 3 positions benefited..not just stock person and pricing specialist, doesn't send a great message to your merchandising specialists.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
