    Folding and organizing clothes gets very tedious

    Don't overstock merchandise so that the racks don't overflow. Make the store more easily shoppable.

    Pros

    Old Navy provides great customer service experience due to the diverse demographics that it appeals to. The company has simple work routines to follow and a variety of age groups to work with.

    Cons

    Patience is a must in retail. Customers can sometimes be very irritable and very difficult to help, especially around the holidays. Not having a disciplined staff can make recovery, cleaning up the store, take forever.

    Take more time in developing your supervisors and managers in both hard and soft skills.
