I have been working at Old Navy part-time

    Pros

    Good discount.
I don't have to be there that often because there's no hours.
The ability to quit if I so choose.

    Cons

Everything else. Working with a bunch of 30 something year olds with the mentality of teenager that partake in high school type bullying (though this may be the location I work at), having the managers be IN on it, so there's no superior to complain to. Overworked, underpaid, terrible hours unless it's the holidays. Being forced to work Christmas Eve and Thanksgiving. Almost nothing redeeming about this place.

I worked at Old Navy part-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Mostly simple and basic work and organization.

    Cons

Can get very boring. ALWAYS walking and running around the store. Sore back and feet. Not really time to sit down.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Respect the employees
