You never work over 40 hours

    Cons

You have to close at least 3 days a week which makes it very hard to influence your customers and train your associates when your always closing down the store.

    Pros

NO Pros.. over worked and under paid

    Cons

Management does'nt care about employees. I was'nt allowed to leave until the job was "finished" which it was never really finished, and never offered more breaks after a 10hr shift. Not given any 15min breaks. I could'nt call in, they'd give you hell if you tried to call in sick. They would give associated the calling list to call people to replace their shifts if they wanted to call out sick, or be punished if you could'nt find som1 to cover it. They would give the associates who got more ONCs hours, even if they dragged their feet on the floor. Was told that since i did'nt have kids id be the closing manager for holidays!! No benifits even though i was a level3 manager, and no PTO!! No Full time positions, even a level3 manager is considered part time!

    Advice to Management

Care more about the employees that are working really hard to help build the company, than the customers. I know they are important, but it would'nt be possible without your employees. More unsuspected store visits.
