I have been working at Old Navy part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Lots of young, interesting coworkers who were very cool. some of the customer were very nice and friendly, although not all were.

    Cons

Management. Like with a lot of retail places, management only cared about money numbers and not people. Old Navy was probably the worst offender. Managers also spent a lot of time protecting each other from corporate reviews (our store was poorly performing) but would blame issues on associates.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Care about the people on the front lines. I know you assume the turnover rate means we're disposable, but some people working there really needed the job and were fired or chased out by lower level management.
