    Pros

The pay is very fair and the managers are understanding of different schedules. They are very good at giving out breaks and the breaks are very generous.

    Cons

Sometimes the customers can be very rude. Recovery shifts can get tedious where you spend a couple hours folding shirts over and over again while customers undo the folding you just finished.

    Pros

some of the people you work with are okay

    Cons

empty promises, merch. specialists do the most work and get paid the least, we get the full 40 hours but they classify it as part time so they don't have to give us benefits. They promote anyone that shows interest and ignores their skills and ignore the ones that actually do a good job and know what their doing leading to an awful leadership team.

    Advice to Management

none. it will just be ignored anyway
