Old Navy Employee Review

I have been working at Old Navy part-time for more than 3 years

Pros – Flexible schedule, Casual dress code, fun overall work environment, understanding management about personal life, clearly defined duties and fun events, very good about giving employees breaks during their shifts

Cons – at times mind numbing work that is often times very, very repetitive, hours are iffy and some weeks you will get a lot and some weeks you will get none. Not very understanding about taking sick days. Not a lot of room to advance and the training is poor

Advice to Senior Management – provide better training and offer more opportunities for advancement
