    I have been working at Old Navy part-time (more than a year)

    Pros

    Excellent store management. Positive feedback, recognition and incentives. Teammates are a variety of ages and backgrounds making each shift interesting and fun. Old Navy clientele are run the gamut from the woman with the Michael Kors bag to the single dad with kids getting back to school clothes. Each day is an opportunity to help someone new.

    Cons

    Work as a sales associate can be repetitive.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Start sales associates at a wage that is higher than minimum hourly.

    It's like a family when you work there, everyone gets along

    Sometimes there is favoritism, seasonal workers are treated like 2nd class at times.
