I worked at Old Navy part-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Great atmosphere and employee benefits. Part of Gap Inc. so the growth opportunities are plenty.

Cons

Hours inconsistent. Many times you are scheduled and if the store is slow they make you go home several hours early.
