Old Navy Sales Associate:   (Past Employee - 2007)

Pros

Good discounts (Includes Gap and Banana Republic), Friendly co-workers, Fair/ Flexible schedule.

Cons

incompetent/ Underqualified management that were not able to deal with the stressful environment that sometimes comes with retail.

Advice to Senior Management

Train Management more thoroughly.
