Pros

Flexible schedule, great benefits, good retirement, good discount on buying stock.

Cons

Very stressful, you are expected to do a lot of work for little pay. Management doesn't care about you either. "Sellebrities" are expected to do a lot and get paid very little. The discount is not great.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give us less responsibility or more money per hour.

    Pros

Great multi-brand discount, peer relationships, good work/life balance, developing future leaders very rewarding, company supports community/charity efforts

    Cons

HQ turnover, frequent last-minute direction from HQ, ambiguous benchmarks for success, increasingly limited resources with ever-increasing expectations, never enough inventory to meet customer demands for events

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop relying on gimmicks, keep turnover at HQ from creating noise, listen to stores and embrace why customers truly value the brand and stop chasing after the fashion customer
